From conception, destiny was already set, but even with musician parents, touring with "The John Robinson - Show-Band', Brian's Songbird vocalist Mum & Bass Guitarist Dad, for Brian, musical talent wasn't just the luck of the draw. He had to work hard to achieve his goals and that is exactly what he did. The moment he first felt the beat was the moment music became his life ambition.

For a young 'Brian Robinson', music was not just a gift from his genes, but a full lifestyle that he embraced early on with a pair of Drum-Sticks on the Dining room table. Brian had the passion for rhythm and beat. It was too late for the Dining room table by the time he acquired his first Drum Kit.

With the passion & determination, Brian worked at it day & night, striving to be the best he could be, hitting that drum kit to the deafening sounds coming from his Guetto Blaster inches from his ears.

Still in his mid-teens, Brian displayed his unique style and his committment earnt him the drummer position in the 'ShowBand alongside Mum & Dad. Soon after Ash, the younger brother followed with his Saxaphone and then Electric Guitar.

Along with family encouragement and early induction to performing, direction was not an issue, it was clear where life was taking him.

With unquestionable passion for all music and natural showmanship, the music industry has become a rewarding journey with new doors opening around most corners. Brian has been on tour with a variety of well known Australian bands, been part of many cover bands, trios, and duets.
